Cycling the World - Delivery Promise
Your order will be packaged and sealed in a plain bubble wrap envelope with your shipping address on it. It will take between 1-3 weeks for you to receive your DVD. Our Goal is to ship your order from our warehouse the following day so most of your waiting time will be the shipping time. If the DVD you have selected is out of stock you will be given an availability of when you can expect it to be shipped form our warehouse. Severe weather in both the winter and summer months can delay your shipment up to 2-3 days. Your shipping charge is calculated by the number of DVDs you purchase and the destination they are being shipped to.

Cycling the World - Return Policy
All returns need a return authorization number, Please contact us by email to get a return authorization number. DVD’s must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Returns for factory sealed DVDs may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened DVDs cannot be returned unless the DVD is defective. Defective DVDs will be either refunded or replaced with the same item only. If your DVD appears to be defective you must inform us within 30 days from receipt of your order to qualify for refund or replacement. Note your DVD player may not be compatible with our DVD. Cycling the World does not pay for return postage. Shipping charges are not refundable. If DVD’s are returned to us for no reason ( refused or wrong address provided), the order would be subject to reshipping charge or restocking fee.
